Step aboard for a relaxing cruise up the Abel Tasman coast, passing sun-kissed beaches, an island wildlife sanctuary, and a native fur seal colony basking on the rocks. Our destination: Anchorage Bay, a pristine haven nestled within Abel Tasman National Park.

Here, you have the freedom to choose your own guided adventure: explore Cleopatra's Pool, a stunning freshwater oasis; hike to Pitt Head for sweeping coastal views of Anchorage and Te Pukatea Bays from this historic Māori Pā (fortified village) site; or simply relax and swim in the crystal-clear waters of Te Pukatea Bay, soaking in the tranquillity of this untouched paradise.

After a magical morning by the sea, cruise back to Kaiteriteri, easing into the afternoon with a leisurely vineyard lunch at one of Nelson's finest wineries surrounded by rolling vineyards and hop fields, before visiting another boutique winery or two for a taste of the region's best wines. Fantastic and magical day in Abel!

It was such a fantastic and most beautiful day in Abel. Alan is the most funny and informative guide I ever had! I had a wonderful time hiking and taking the cruise with this small group day trip from Nelson. Highly recommend if you are a solo traveller like me.

An absolute must do in Nelson

From start to finish this was an absolutely brilliant experience that we would highly
recommend to anyone who is considering it. Not just a wine tour but a trip around the local area and waterfront. Our driver, Sonia was a wealth of knowledge about the area and the vineyards we visited. Very friendly, easy going and nothing was a problem. Small groups are always the best way to go.
